Want to know me, check out my pictures!

Truth be told, I am older than your average wedding or portrait photographer, but not yet over-the-hill.  Dut don't let that put you off.  Check my pictures here on the blog or on my website and see that I SHOOT YOUNG.

I appreciate all the stages of life and have experienced most of them, at my age, ya know.  I love all the areas of photography that I create. Click on the darkened sentence at the end of each paragraph for samplings.

Children I love because their expressions are new, inventive and  almost always surprising.  Having 8 grandchildren, 9th on the way, ought to help, don't you think? Check it out!

Seniors are also inventive.  The girls want to look beautiful and the guys, cool.  I want that, too. Having fun, helping them relax and then just sitting back and clicking away.  I always like to choose the location that suits their persona and the locations are varied.    Check out this Senior.

Families have a tough time because there is usually a male in the mix.  Men hate to have their picture taken and it is like pulling teeth to get them to the location.  I get that.  But let me tell you, it's all about relaxing and having fun with the whole experience.  And that is my job.  If your family is having fun, it's painless and the images will turn out great.  I'm all about capturing the memories of the day.  Make it memorable.

Now Weddings...I love the weddings.  A bride all lit up and a groom that can't keep his off of his bride.  It's magic!  A couple in love always makes me and my photography look good.  See!

I hope you can see that I love what I do and I would love for you to ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE with me.  Call 480-510-9780 or email me today. janet@justmejanet.com

Picture a gorgeous girl, a handsome guy, a green spring desert, a private mountain–mix in a little romance…and you’ve got yourselves a photo shoot for the ages.
Bradley & Lisa had their wedding celebrated  here in Arizona a week after being joined in Matrimony in San Diego.  I was there to capture the festivities at the...

San Diego Wedding: Bradley & Lisa

There is comfort in knowing that two people were ‘meant to be.’  Two, who’s paths crossed,  for the first time, when there could only be admiration.  Then, months later, when the time was right they were reunited.  That is where the sparks began.  Others were there to witness the beginning of their love.  And that...

Dustin & Monique: Shootout

What we would learned, last week in Vegas, would not stay in Vegas this time.  The things we learned were meant to leave and take back home where we should grow from them.  10,000 photographers skipped the gambling this year which left us without a seat for some of the best known photographers in the...

Mesa Wedding: Aaron & Annie

“What a beautiful day for a wedding,” I heard myself say as I walked outside Friday morning.  Aaron & Annie would be married that day.  I had prayed earlier that morning that I would be able to capture the images that would make them happy, that they would want to share with their children and...

Time Well Spent

What did I spend today and how did I spend it?
Well..I spent 60 minutes and $89.43 at Wal-Mart on groceries.  I did make a list before I left.  I finally used the notepad that is conveniently featured on my LG phone.  First time. I had 5 items on my list…23 items in my cart…24 items...

Bridals & Groomals/Annie & Aaron

Happiness starts and ends with LOVE.  You can quote me on that.  Last Saturday I watched LOVE in the precious happy moments I spent with Aaron & Annie.  They SPARKED, GLISTENED and  RADIATED as we photographed them at the Arizona Temple in Mesa.  Their smiles for one another were infectious.  I know because when we...
