Want to know me, check out my pictures!

Truth be told, I am older than your average wedding or portrait photographer, but not yet over-the-hill.  Dut don't let that put you off.  Check my pictures here on the blog or on my website and see that I SHOOT YOUNG.

I appreciate all the stages of life and have experienced most of them, at my age, ya know.  I love all the areas of photography that I create. Click on the darkened sentence at the end of each paragraph for samplings.

Children I love because their expressions are new, inventive and  almost always surprising.  Having 8 grandchildren, 9th on the way, ought to help, don't you think? Check it out!

Seniors are also inventive.  The girls want to look beautiful and the guys, cool.  I want that, too. Having fun, helping them relax and then just sitting back and clicking away.  I always like to choose the location that suits their persona and the locations are varied.    Check out this Senior.

Families have a tough time because there is usually a male in the mix.  Men hate to have their picture taken and it is like pulling teeth to get them to the location.  I get that.  But let me tell you, it's all about relaxing and having fun with the whole experience.  And that is my job.  If your family is having fun, it's painless and the images will turn out great.  I'm all about capturing the memories of the day.  Make it memorable.

Now Weddings...I love the weddings.  A bride all lit up and a groom that can't keep his off of his bride.  It's magic!  A couple in love always makes me and my photography look good.  See!

I hope you can see that I love what I do and I would love for you to ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE with me.  Call 480-510-9780 or email me today. janet@justmejanet.com

Engagement: Cody & Kelsi

The day was cloudy and that afternoon we were to take Engagement pictures.  I was praying the clouds would stay.  Colors are so much more vivid when the stark, bright sun is muted a bit.  Well, I got my way, which doesn’t happen often, (I wasn’t the spoiled daughter.)
That evening we waited at Agritopia, here...

Senior Field Trip: Alissa

As a child my favorite day at school was ‘Field Trip Day.’  Leaving the campus, traveling on a bus.  Wow, a bus!  Learning something new and different and seeing the world.  On Field Trip Eve I felt like George Bailey, and would say to myself, ‘Tomorrow, “I’m going to shake the dust off o’ this...

Little Queen Victoria

I had the precious opportunity to chase around a two-year-old the other day.  She was fast, she was determined and she was about as cute as a child can get.  My knee had been bothering me, until that amazing shot in the knee that got me down and running.  Down because I shoot on my...

Engagement: Lexi & Brock

When two people are in love, it shows!  It shows from the grins on their radiant faces through their twinkling eyes down to their intertwined finger tips.  They carry it around with them like it is a part of them- because it is.  Others feel it.  It’s real and these two have it.  Love!
They are...

Mothers, Turn Happy

If I made the excuse that I’ve been busy, I’d just be playing into your hands.  The hands that would tell be to stop boo-hooing.  That we are ALL busy and don’t have time to do the things we want to do.  So I’ll leave it at that.
But it IS Mother’s Day this weekend and...
